Don’t Drink … Play!

If you enjoy having a a cocktail from time to time, keep your money at home if you set out to do your consuming in a casino. I am serious. Leave your handbag, your wallet, and leave all cash, plastic credit and cheques back at the hotel. Grab whatever cash you expect to spend on beverages, tips and few dollars you expect to lose and leave the rest behind.

Contemptuous? Absolutely not. Just realistic. You can experience a success following a drunken evening out with your compatriots and be lucky enough to catch a 25 minute toss at a on fire craps game. Hang on to that story considering that it’s as brief as it gets if you continually consume alcohol and gamble. The two simply don’t mix.

Keeping your moola back at the hotel is a bit excessive, but defensive measures for dramatic behavior is compulsory. If you wager to win, then don’t drink alcohol and gamble. If you like to toss aside your $$$$ nary a worry, then drink all the complimentary booze your stomach are able to handle, but do not pack plastic credit and chequebooks to throw into the mix of chasing losses after your inebriated brain loses everything!

Allow me to carry this a single step further. Don’t consume alcohol and then jump on the net to bet in your preferred casino either. I love to cocktail from the comfort of my domicile, but seeing that I am hooked up through Neteller, Firepay and keep charge cards at my fingertips, I can’t drink and bet.

How come? Despite the fact that I don’t consume alcohol to excess, when I consume alcohol, it’s clearly enough to cloud my judgment. I bet, so I do not drink when wagering. If you are more of a drinker, don’t wager at the same time. The two mix up for a decimating, and expensive, cocktail.
