I have been wagering on the internet or at brick and mortar casinos for a good many years. I have found out, the fixation usually will grab a hold of you and you will not even see it until you are broke. Markedly if you are on a profit streak. I have been through uncounted tens of thousands of dollars in a very short period of time and even today, I will go too long. It appears you are just having a blast up until you choose to consider your loss and the blame settles in, and of course you keep telling yourself "I am able to win it back" again and again. It does not work. Then you get icky in your gut and the harder you attempt the more rapidly you throw away.
When you observe that you are ahead, Remain Ahead! When you begin to throw away, do not inform yourself, "well only maybe one more" and again and again, believe in me, this tactic almost never ever operates. Say you plan on gambling on one armed bandits, keep a figure separate ahead of beginning your gambling. DO NOT go over this limit, no matter how tempting. If you happen to win, put that in an alternate canister. Do not spend your winnings regardless of what happens. After you have gambled through your original set threshold, stop. Call it quits, regardless if it is on the net or in a land based gambling den, don’t stay at the tables or machines. Make sure to remember, there will be another day, another time. Clearly, this scheme can work for any casino game that you gamble on, be it bingo, poker, video poker, keno, chemin de fer or any other casino game.
Remember, betting should be entertaining not burdensome, appalling work! If you aren’t enjoying yourself, you don’t belong at the casinos. If you can’t pay for the squanderings, don’t even begin.
